Chino Hills Boot Camp Helps Local Residents Drop Pounds & Get Fit

 

Three days a week, hundreds of local residents show up to Chino Hills boot camp to start their days off right. It may only be 5 or 6 a.m., but these people know they will have the energy to make it through the day, thanks to a rigorous workout that exercises the mind, heart and lungs, as well as the muscles. Individuals participating in a Chino Hills boot camp are most likely to meet their fitness goals, with the help of a supportive group and motivational personal trainer.

 

Participants move from station to station in a rigorous workout that is never exactly the same. They’ll do fun team-building activities that take the mind off how challenging the workout really is. They may also run through obstacle courses, work on core conditioning, and balance on Bosu balls. Some classes are held indoors, while others are held outdoors, but either way – a Chino Hills boot camp gets results.

 

Pat Ferrari, a contestant on “The Biggest Loser,” lost 114 pounds training in a fitness boot camp and ended up losing an additional 37 pounds on the show. While he would still like to lose more weight, he is happy with the progress he is achieving at boot camp. Other Chino Hills boot camp exercisers may be training to get in shape for military boot camp, trying to lose just 10 pounds, or working to maintain their slim physiques. Boot camp attracts all shapes and sizes.

 

 Nutrition seminars and grocery shopping tours add to the effectiveness of the overall program. Members learn to make healthy choices that will assist them in achieving their goals. All individuals are assessed for physical fitness measurements, flexibility and body fat at the start of Chino Hills boot camp. They are then re-measured at certain milestones to see the progress that they’ve made. Generally, each person at camp sets two short-term and two long-term goals that trainers help them work toward.

 

Classes are small, with about 20 maximum, so individuals receive more attention than they would in a typical fitness class. Trainers meet one-on-one with all new members to get to know their names, goals and back-stories. In a sense, Chino Hills boot camp is a bit like personal training – only, since the sessions take place in a group setting, the cost is split amongst the participants. Instead of being a couple hundred dollars per session, it ends up being that per month instead.
